Quebec based organization, IMS (Now IQVIA), approached Broccolini for the design and construction of a facility featuring office space for over 300 employees, a full kitchen, indoor parking, and a fitness centre. High security and the accommodation of complex technology were very important factors in the construction of this commercial complex. This project was fast-tracked and within eight months, from conception to completion, Broccolini handed IMS a facility that prioritized natural lighting and included a central atrium which served to highlight the open-plan office concept.
